ABOUT ME

Leader. Innovator. Marketer. Educator. Coach.

After 20+ years in the technology industry including 2 successful exits, I decided to leave my EVP and CMO position within a global technology HCM organization to help high performing individuals and teams accelerate their performance by supercharging their marketing and leadership efforts through one-on-one executive coaching and consulting.

Years of leadership experience and international certified coaching combine to form my unique toolkit which includes winning templates and strategies to augment and amplify existing skill sets and plans.

 

With a focus on marketing, leadership development and women in leadership, I enable people and organizations no matter what phase they are in, to leverage over 20 years of experience and tools to support them in their journey for fast and successful growth.

Outside the office you can find me spending time with my husband of 20 years and as Chief Mom to my 10 year old daughter and 12 year old son. When not getting beat by my kids at ping pong, I manage work-life integration by effectively incorporating my passions including reading, running, spinning and team sports including hockey, volleyball and soccer.
