Energy Leadership Workshop

Energy Leadership is a powerful process you can practice to reduce stress in all facets of your life, and develop more productive ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving that positively influence yourself and those around you.

The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) is an attitudinal assessment you can use to measure your current levels of energy are under normal conditions, and when you are under stress. The ELI shows the amount of catabolic (negative) energy and anabolic (positive) energy you show up with in both of these situations. With a thorough understanding of your levels of energy you can:

  • Impact your ability to lead and inspire yourself and others.
  • Improve communication efforts as an individual and in a team setting
  • Influence employee engagement and an employee’s willingness to go above and beyond
  • Increase awareness and levels of consciousness about how you show up at work and at home

Studying Energy Leadership will give you and your team clear insights about what propels you
forward and what holds you back, individually and collectively. With this workshop, each
member of your team has the opportunity to impact his or her core energy levels through new
self-awareness – which can lead to higher levels of emotional intelligence, communication, and
